Xchange Chicago’s $20 million center contributes to Greater Grand Crossing revitalization and economic growth.

Xchange Chicago, a first-of-its-kind technology workforce center, will open in Greater Grand Crossing in January 2025. The 28,000-square-foot facility will replace the former Food and Paper Supply Company building at 7247 S. Chicago Ave.

  • Anchor Tenant: SDI Presence will be the anchor tenant, occupying 75% of the building.
  • Job Creation: The hub aims to create 100 jobs in its first year and over 300 jobs within five years.
