Brian Urbanowski:
Entrepreneurial Journey
An Insight into Brian Urbanowski by Maria Page
Brian Urbanowski’s journey started when he left the comforts of his parent’s home in Wisconsin to settle in Illinois shortly after high school.
Over several years, Brian was on the traditional path of a young man who had a good job and started a family. However, as Brian became more proficient at his trade, he and others realized that an entrepreneurial path was more suitable for him.
Brian’s entrepreneurial journey was diverse, from remodeling jobs to home renovations and eventually buying and selling real estate in Chicago with the establishment of URB, inc. in 1986.
Through his remodeling and renovating experiences, Brian recognized the potential for individuals and families to own a home or have a business fixing and flipping houses needing repairs.
Brian learned that even though most potential buyers felt his company’s houses for sale were reasonably priced, they had poor credit or no credit to be approved for a traditional bank mortgage. Brian resolved this with the URB sale by the owner with no credit check financing.
Today, Brian continues to provide a way for first-time and second-chance home buyers, first-time and seasoned rehabbers, and real estate investors to achieve their dreams and goals.
In addition, Brian’s has a Fresh Start program for homeowners selling their houses because they are experiencing sudden unemployment, financial difficulties, rising property taxes, or even the inability to make essential repairs.
Now that you have an insight into Brian Urbanowski’s entrepreneurial side, you may find the insight I’ve discovered about his philanthropic side enjoyable.
One of the most notable aspects of Brian’s leadership is his commitment to philanthropy. Brian and his employees continue to be actively involved in various charitable causes, including supporting children, the homeless, and veterans. Brian believes in the power of collective action and encourages others to join him as Philanthropic Partners.
